Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus today (Feb 20) said that the young generation of the country is determined not only to build a new Bangladesh but also to take on leadership roles globally.
He made the remarks while presenting the Ekushey Padak 2025 to the award recipients.
"We are now stronger, more energetic, and more creative than ever. The aspirations of our youth are bolder than those of any previous generation,” he said.
Chief Adviser, "The way our young generation envisions a new Bangladesh, they also aim to create a new world with the same confidence. They are prepared to lead—both young men and women are ready."
He said that the youth of the country aspire to build a "new civilization of their dreams," breaking free from the limitations of the existing self-destructive system.
The chief adviser stressed that the foundation of this envisioned civilization would be ensuring equal rights to global resources for every individual, providing opportunities for all to pursue and achieve their dreams, and fostering a way of life that sustains the world and all living beings without disruption.
