The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) says there may be rain or thundershowers in one or two places in Rangpur and Khulna divisions in the next 24 hours from 9 AM today.

In other areas, the weather will mostly stay dry with some clouds at times.

A trough of westerly low pressure extends over West Bengal and nearby areas, while the seasonal low lies over the South Bay. 

Light to moderate fog may form in some places late at night and early in the morning.

Night and day temperatures may rise slightly across the country.

On Monday, Rangamati recorded the highest temperature at 33.5°C, while Rajarhat in Rangpur had the lowest at 12.8°C. 

In Dhaka, sunset is at 5:55 PM today, with sunrise at 6:29 AM tomorrow.
