Bashundhara Group has issued a special warning for potential buyers of plots, flats, or shops from its projects. 

The group in its warning statement said that customers must obtain "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) from Bashundhara authorities before making any purchase.

In an alert issued on Monday (February 17), the group made it clear that any transactions made without the NOC will not hold Bashundhara responsible.
