A Dhaka court today ordered the freezing of 124 bank accounts belonging to ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, her son Sajeeb Wazed Joy, daughter Saima Wazed Putul, sister Sheikh Rehana, and their associates. 

The court also attached immovable properties, including a Gulshan flat owned by Tulip Rizwana Siddiq, a Dhanmondi house named Sudha Sadan, and properties in Kaliakoir and Mohakhali.

Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Md Zakir Hossain Galib passed the order, allowing a petition of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). 

The ACC raised concerns that the accused were attempting to transfer or conceal assets, hindering the ongoing investigation.
