DHAKA: Rihanna is the world’s most streamed female artiste for the second year running, says online music service Spotify.

The singer, whose hits include Cheers! Drink To That and Stay, is followed by Katy Perry, Lana Del Rey, Beyonce and Pink in the top five on the list released by Spotify to celebrate International Women’s Day on Saturday.

Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Ellie Goulding, Florence + The Machine and Miley Cyrus round off the top 10.

In Singapore, the most streamed female artistes for the past year are Perry, Swift and Pink, according to Spotify’s press release, reports The Straits Times.
