The Anti-Discrimination Student Movement has given an ultimatum to all departments under the Ministry of Commerce to bring the prices of commodities within the purchasing capacity of the commoners by a week.

Bin Yamin Molla, one of the coordinators of the student movement, issued the ultimatum at a view-exchange meeting organised at the Directorate of National Consumers' Right Protection (DNCRP) conference room in the capital on Sunday.

In the case of failure, the platform called for the resignation of those involved in the market management.
