DHAKA: Investors witnessed minor fall in the benchmark indices of the country’s bourses on Thursday.

The DSE general index shed over four points to stand at 4,127 at the close on the day trading.

Trade deals stood at 117,534 with transaction at Tk 5,407 million. Of the issues traded, 76 advanced, 38 declined and 10 remained unchanged.

Of the issues traded, 103 advanced, 158 declined and 27 remained unchanged.

BSCCL topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 361 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were GP, HEIDELBCEM, TALLUSPIN, APEXTANRY, LAFSURCEML, PADMAOIL, MPETROLEUM, DELTALIFE and UNITEDAIR.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 8,053 by dropping over 3 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 69 gained, 122 declined and 21 remained unchanged.
