DHAKA:   Army officer Major General Md Sohael Hossain Khan has been made new Director General (DG) of Department of Immigration and Passports.

After appointing him, the government transferred the responsibility to Public Security Division under Ministry of Home Affairs.

Ministry of Public Administration issued an order in this connection on Thursday (January 10).
